Where the audio comes from

The great majority of tones in this library were synthesized from scratch for this project. They are generated waveforms — sine, square, saw, plucked-string models and filtered noise — arranged into original melodies. They are not samples, not covers, and not derived from any existing recording.

A small number of files were supplied directly by the site owner and are marked as such in the site's data file. Those are published on the owner's representation that they hold the necessary rights.

Nothing in this library was copied from another ringtone platform, streaming service, film, game or commercial music release.

What you are licensed to do

Downloading a file grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use it as a ringtone, alarm tone or notification sound on devices you own. That permission does not extend to redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or use in any commercial production.

What is not permitted

Republishing the files on another site or in an app, including as part of a larger collection.
Selling the files or bundling them into a paid product.
Using them in advertising, film, television, games or a released recording without written permission.
Claiming authorship of the audio.

Trademarks and device names

Android and Google Pixel are trademarks of Google LLC. iPhone, iOS and GarageBand are trademarks of Apple Inc. Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo and OnePlus are trademarks of their respective owners. These names are used only to identify relevant products in setup instructions.

Reporting an infringement

If you hold rights in material you believe is being infringed by a file on this site, email support@callringtone.com with:

Your name, address and contact details.
Identification of the work you claim is infringed.
The URL of the ringtone page and the name of the file in question.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Valid notices are acted on promptly. Where a report is credible we will normally remove the file first and investigate afterwards, and the reporter will be told what happened either way.

Counter-notice

If your file was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email us with an explanation and evidence of your rights. We will review it and restore the file if the removal was unwarranted.
